Zane sighed as he finished the song he had been working on for ages. He liked the finished product; it told his dad what he really felt. Of course he would never show it to him, never sing it or tell him about it. There would be no point.
He would never accept Rikki as part of this family, even if Zane begged him to. Rikki smiled at Zane as he noticed her standing at the entrance of the living room door. "You have an amazing voice" She said as she walked up to him "I only heard the end though... Sing it again for me please" Zane smiled at her and then kissed her gently on the lips. He put his hand on her stomach and then kissing that as well he started to play the piano. When he was done Rikki grinned at him "You're amazing" She said as she put her head on his shoulder, he smiled at her and then put his hand back on her stomach "She's going to be big" He said as he saw the size of his wife's bump, she was 6 months gone now with their third child. She nodded "Bigger than Gemma and Sophie put together" She smiled at him and kissed him on the cheek. "I am sure he will accept us one day" She looked at the floor and he held her hand "It doesn’t matter if he doesn’t... As long as I have you and the children" She nodded "You do make him proud though"
